Paterson Leasing Information - Tenant's
Rights to Make Repairs
An expanded tenant's version of this lease clause will
ensure that the tenant will be able to force the landlord to make repairs
within a reasonable period of time, or allow the tenant to make the
repairs himself and deduct the cost from the next rental payment. It
will also provide for the arbitration of disputes arising out of such
action by either party, landlord or tenant.
